Local and long-distance moving

Service availability may vary by location and schedule.
Bookings & Appointments

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved platforms.
Appointment confirmations will be sent by email/SMS.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and property access details.
Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed before booking and may vary by service type and location.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
Membership fees ($10/month) are billed monthly until canceled.
Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days when applicable.
Customer Responsibilities

Remove or secure valuable or fragile items.
Notify us of special cleaning/moving requirements in advance.
Liability

Quick Shine Services LLC is insured and takes reasonable care in providing services.
We are not liable for damages caused by inaccurate instructions or unsafe conditions.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Promotions & Discounts

Promotions (e.g., “25% off first cleaning”) are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers.
Membership discounts (50% off) apply only to active members.
