1. How do I claim a discount?
Click the “CLAIM IT” button on any offer, then follow the instructions in the popup to apply your promo code at booking.
2. Where do I enter the promo code?
During the Amelia booking process, you’ll see a “Coupon Code” field before confirming. Just paste your code there.
3. Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
No — only one discount or promo code can be applied per appointment.
4. Do the offers expire?
Yes. Each offer has a clear deadline shown in the popup or banner. Make sure to book before it expires!
5. Can I change or cancel my booking after applying a promo?
Yes! If you need to reschedule or cancel, your promo code remains valid as long as it’s within the offer period.
6. Do returning clients qualify for these deals?
Some are for first-time clients only, while others (like the combo or 90% return offer) are made specifically for returning customers.
7. What services are included in the combo deals?
Combo packages include cleaning + moving services, with different levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. See each tier for full details.
8. Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Absolutely! Use the combo package or book services back-to-back — Amelia lets you combine services during booking.
9. Is my promo still valid if I reschedule?
Yes, as long as your new appointment falls within the promo deadline.
10. What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Make sure you typed it correctly (no spaces). If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll help you apply it manually.
