Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
Refunds

Refunds are issued for services that are canceled in compliance with this policy.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Membership fees ($10/month) are non-refundable once charged but may be canceled anytime for future billing.
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer.
You can stop SMS messages anytime by replying STOP.
No-Shows

If our team arrives at the service location and is unable to access the property due to the customer’s fault, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and may be charged at full rate.

We will re-clean or provide an appropriate resolution at no extra cost.
